ABOUT US
Serving the High Desert Since 1990
It all started on April 10th 1990 in Apple Valley along historic US Highway 18. With a menu that reminds you of home and servers who know you by name, Mollie's Kountry Kitchen began welcoming hungry guests from across the Desert with home style comfort food.
Owner and Founder Rich Sparks likes to put it this way, "We make more than great comfort food; we make great friends and memories."
Mollie's Kountry Kitchen has become a high desert staple for big country breakfasts, fluffy biscuits and creamy gravy, omelettes stuffed tighter than a suitcase, hot and hearty pancakes, waffles and cinnamon rolls. And although our breakfasts have won some awards, we like to think people come see us because they love great, home-style cooking.
Breakfasts aren't the only thing getting Mollie's Kountry Kitchen noticed. Stop by for lunch during work or for dinner with the family for mouthwatering items such as southern-fried chicken, delicious meatloaf, home-style turkey and dressing, and our famous, Texas chicken fried steak. And don't forget to make room for one of our cinnamon rolls, freshly baked fruit pies, home-made cakes and freshly ground coffee.
We like to consider Mollie's Kountry Kitchen as the family dining room – scratch cooking that reminds you of home, a friendly touch at the table and a place you leave with good memories (and probably, a takeout bag).
Mollies Kountry Kitchen is Apple Valley’s home cooking destination of The High Desert . Come find out why today.
